Financial Contribution

We are financed with private donations at the present time. All volunteers pay all their own expenses and we receive small donations from the public. We have submitted an application for a grant to assist with operating expenses and anticipate developing a second small grant application. We are members of the Minnesota Council of Non-profits (MCN) and regularly receive information and attend seminars.

We anticipate entering a major period of fundraising as we consider the design and use of a building complex to house our activities under one roof. This obviously will require more significant donors. As design progresses and the details emerge we will keep all informed of our work.

We solicit your contributions and hope that you will become part of this effort.

There are several ways to contribute to this effort. One way is direct with a donation of money by check to be used in the work that we do. Preferred is a check in the mail and we will then send you a receipt for the donation. Please send the check to:

Another way is through a donation of needed supplies or equipment. Yet another is through donation of your time as a professional or support person for at least a week. All these are appropriate for the needs of the people served in Costa Rica.
